GROUP A - 6:00 - 7:00 PM
GROUP B - 7:15 - 8:15 PM
THURSDAYS - INTERMEDIATE/EXPERTS (INCLUDING ADULTS WITH EXPERIENCE)

GROUP B - 7:15 - 8:15 PM
***all riders to show up for 6:00 PM on the first day according to ability (date TBD) - riders will then be assigned into a coaching group after assessment as per coaches discretion)***
